Guarantee Services

 We always want you to be completely satisfied with the services we provide to you and your family.  Our staff, from our stylists to our front desk customer care specialist, thrive to be the best at what they do everyday, however, things may happen and you may not be completely satisfied after you have left our salon. If you're not happy, we're not happy, and we won't know it unless you let us know. It's simple: we just ask that you contact us within five (5) days after your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge.  Any issues reported beyond five (5) days from the original appointment date, unfortunately, will not be considered a redo.

 

Refund Policy

All service sales and gift card sales are final.

Retail items can only be refunded within 14 days of purchase if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt .

Refunds will be issued in Store credit only.

All returns are subject to system verification.

 

Gratuity Policy

Prices do not include gratuities but are definitely awesome for the hard work and care provided by our stylists and artists.

15% gratuity will be assessed for spa packages, bridal parties, Olaplex treatments, and group parties.
